Green Chocolate Smoothie

Healthy fats with lots of greens make this quite a treat! The greens can be spinach, kale, broccoli, zucchini etc. Get creative!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 Tbs chocolate protein powder

  • ½ - 1 Tbs unsweetened cacao powder

  • 1 Tbs powdered peanut butter, peanut butter or nut butter (may need to add more almond milk if too thick if using a nut butter)

  • ½ banana frozen

  • 3 cups of frozen greens

Method

  1. Add ingredients to the container of a blender in the order listed.

  2. Turn the blender on low and slowly increase to high speed.

  3. Blend until smooth (about 50-60 seconds)

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
