You are not alone there! This is pretty common and usually due to feeling hungry and deprived whilst on a diet. On the Strong & Lean Program, you should not feel hungry, tired or suffer from headaches. This is because you are getting the type and amount of food your body needs. The other common reason people stop dieting is because it can take so long to make meaningful progress. Nominal losses each week are hard to sustain. On the Strong & Lean Progam, you should lose around 500gm to 1 kilo each week. This is dependent on how well you follow your Plan, stress levels, sleep quality and how close you are to your goal weight.

Nope, you will eat whole simple foods in specified ratios. You will need to make everything from scratch. Meal planning and meal prepping are key to making your journey so much easier.

You should not suffer from any of these symptoms if you follow your Plan. If you do, then we customise your Plan further to ensure you feel your best.

Anyone can do this Program! The results are best when there is a hormonal imbalance or inflammatory condition that is preventing someone from losing weight. Metabolic syndrome, prediabetic, high cholesterol, PCOS, perimeniopause and menopause are just a few conditions that will likely benefit from this Program.

No, you don't need to exercise to lose weight on the Program. However, there are many health benefits to doing so. I do recommend you do some form of movement, after the first 16 days.

Medicare does not cover the costs associated with the Program. Some health funds may cover a portion of the costs, but this is dependent on the terms and conditions of your coverage. I recommend you ask.
