Really Green Smoothie

A yummy and filling smoothie that is high in healthy fats and fibre - a smoothie for any time of day!

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana

  • 1 cup packed baby kale or coarsely chopped mature kale

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ¼ ripe avocado

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine banana, kale, almond milk, avocado, chia seeds and honey in a blender.

  2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

  3. Add ice and blend until smooth.
