Flavourful Spice Mix
In my Strong & Lean program, a majority of the meals are simply protein and vegetables - an incredibly healthy and powerful combo, but can get boring over time. Experimenting with spices can make all the difference.
Here is one to try next time you want to spice things up:
Ingredients:
2 tbs cumin
2 tbs paprika
1 tbs ground coriander
1 tbs turmeric
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
